Face mask for Winter – Orange, thyme honey and yogurt!

Winter is a particularly hard time for the skin of the face. We usually take more careful care of the skin that is exposed during the summer season, due to the high temperatures…or after a sunburn. However, the low temperatures and the winter air do not do less damage mainly to the skin of the face as they remove its moisture, causing it to lose its natural oiliness and quickly dehydrate leaving an unpleasant feeling of “pulling”. The natural mask with orange, thyme honey and yogurt, can give shine and freshness to your exposed skin, as it keeps the balance in the structure of the skin, offers the orange vitamins, (C, B12, B6, A, D,) the moisturizing properties of honey and yogurt.

You will need:

3 tablespoons of fresh orange juice, 1 tablespoon of thyme honey (or flowers) and 1
tablespoon of yogurt and a little white flour.

How is it done:

Beat all the ingredients together in a multi mixer or with an egg beater, , add as much as you
need until you see a homogeneous paste forming, easy to apply..

Application:

Apply the mask to the face, avoiding the eye area, and leave it on for 15 minutes. Rinse with
plenty of cold water.
After the mask you can apply your moisturizer.
