We only send orders to people over 18 years old

Before ordering, we advise you to read the terms of use of this website.

The prices
All prices of our products include VAT. There is no extra charge for the products you buy. However, in the whole of your order, the cost for the shipment of the parcel is also calculated. This cost is calculated automatically and you know it before completing the order.

It is important to know that we reserve the right to change product prices without prior notice.

Available products for sale
In most of our products we maintain a sufficient stock in our physical store and in our warehouses. In some cases, however, a temporary shortage may occur. Wherever this is a matter, we will inform you about it right away.

How is the payment made?
In our online store cretancorner.gr payment is made in the following ways

  1. a) Credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD)
  2. b) Debit Cards (MAESTRO)
  3. c) Deposit in our Bank Account
  4. d) Cash on delivery (only for orders shipped within Greece at an additional cost of € 2.00)

We do not keep your credit card details. When you complete your order and choose to pay by credit card then you will automatically go to the page of the partner bank, where you can safely give your credit card details and complete your payment.

How we send your order
We can send you your order by mail or courier depending on the place of shipment (we may also contact you by phone for further details – mobile: 694 243 3479). In the ordering process please select the shipping method you wish. Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order and the destination (domestic or international). Within the city of Chania and the wider region, the order is brought to your address. Also, if you visit Maleme for entertainment or you have your holiday home or permanent residence, you can pick up your order from our store. When you have completed your order you will be automatically informed of the total cost and delivery time.

It is important to make sure that the address you entered is the correct one and that someone will be at that address to pick up the parcel. In case you have made a mistake in the shipping address, we will contact you so that in consultation with you and the Courier you can make the correction and receive your order. However, in case the address is completely wrong, or there is no person to pick up the parcel at the customer’s responsibility, then the customer bears the cost of returning the parcel.
