You will need:
½ avocado, (ripe without losing its green color)
½ banana
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
How is it done:
beat the fruit well in a blender, add the oil, beat until an easy-to-work paste is formed. If it is
too watery you can add a little flour to make it more stable.
Use:
You can use this mask during the summer up to two or three times a week, the best time is
at night. In winter, once or twice a month. Apply it on a clean face for 20 minutes, rinse well
with plenty of clean water.
What it offers to the skin:
Avocado, in addition to nourishing food for the body, is moisturizing and regenerative for
the skin, contains vitamin A and emollients. It also protects against infrared radiation.
Bananas are moisturizing, they are also an important source of several vitamins and
minerals: potassium, manganese, vitamin B6 as well as vitamin C. Coconut oil is emollient,
activates the skin’s defense against the sun and prevents sunburn.

A smart way of protection from the strong sun for red-skinned people was to smear their
face or other parts of the body several times during the day. If you want you can make your
own sunscreen oil with avocado oil, coconut oil if you want you can also add sesame oil, so
you will have made a moisturizing and highly protective sunscreen oil.
