Our olive trees are cultivated using 100% organic farming methods and traditional practices, free from chemical fertilizers and pesticides. Spanning across vast olive groves in Maleme, Chania, our trees include ancient Tsounati olive trees, the second oldest olive variety, as well as Koroneiki trees, the most renowned variety for olive oil production in Greece.

The unique blend of these exceptional varieties results in a delicate, aromatic, and rich-flavored olive oil, produced through cold extraction and solely mechanical methods, preserving all its valuable nutrients. Its superior quality is certified by DIO, the Hellenic Organization for Organic Product Certification.
