Moschofilero is a Greek dry white wine mainly produced in the region of Mantinias in the Peloponniso. It is produced and bottled in Chania, Crete, by the Nikolioudakis Winery.

Characteristics:

• Color: Light yellow with greenish highlights.
• Aroma: Intensely aromatic with notes of flowers (rose), citrus fruits, and green fruits.
• Taste: Fresh, light, and refreshing with crisp acidity and a delicate body.
• Alcohol content: Usually between 11-12.5%.

Food Pairings:

• Ideal with salads, seafood, white meats, Asian cuisine, and soft cheeses.
• Best served chilled at 8-10°C.

Special Features:

• Made from the Moschofilero grape variety, an aromatic Greek variety with pinkish skin but producing white wine.
• Considered one of Greece’s most characteristic white wines due to its unique aromatic intensity.
