Semi-hard white traditional cheese
An excellent white semi-hard cheese that comes from the making of whey and the addition of fresh Cretan milk. When salted on the outside and matured, it changes character and becomes a spicy cheese.
Available dried. Ideal as grated over spaghetti or french fries.
